Google Video Site Maps

Google has officially introduced Google video site maps. Now, if you use YouTube or another video hosting platform, this really doesn’t matter – but if you host video on your own server, then up until now, it was very difficult to get your videos indexed in the Google search results.

This has changed, now that Google officially introduced the Google video sitemaps. Instead of me explaining the whole chikawa, I’ll just let the smooth Google guy do the job:

One really neat feature is that you can chose a thumbnail picture that Google will use to display your video in the search results.
